Curran Property Management are specialists in Lettings and Managing residential property.


We have highly motivated, experienced, dedicated Lettings Agents that can talk you through the process of letting your property.


Our Letting service includes:


  •        Viewing the property with potential tenants

  •        Collection and checking that tenant references are satisfactory

  •        Collection of Rent and Deposit prior to the tenant taking possession of the property

  •        Drawing up the Letting Agreement (Lease)

  •        Completion of documentation as per Property Services Regulatory Authority and PRTB

  •        Supplying a detailed Rental Income Statement and expenses incurred

  •        Curran Property Management will be the main point of contact for the tenant, rather than persistent calls to the landlord

  •        Making regular checks on the property throughout the letting term to ensure property is well maintained

  •        Conduct a final inspection on expiration of the letting term

  •        We offer a reduced rate for lease renewals and for properties in developments managed by Curran Property Management



When renting a property through Curran Property Management:


A deposit of €500 is required to hold a property this is part of the overall deposit. This is non refundable as once this booking deposit is paid the property is taken off the market.


Employer and previous landlord references are required, along with a copy of a passport or driving license.


A standing order form must be completed whereby the rent is deducted from one tenants bank account and automatically paid to the landlord’s bank account on the same day of each month.


A lease agreement must be signed (usually 12 months). The first months rent and a deposit of one months rent is required on or before keys are handed over to the tenant.

Deposit must be paid by:


  • Bank transfer

  • Bankcard

  • Bank Draft

  • Postal Order


Cash or Cheques will not be accepted under any circumstances.
